I am truly enjoying this years Summer Olympic games in Beijing. The Olympics never fail to provide drama and excitement. I especially enjoy hearing the inspiring stories behind the athletes. 41 year old mom and Olympic swimmer Dara Torres provided a simple yet inspiring answer last night when she was asked “What will you tell her daughter one day about your Olympic experience”

She replied – “Never put an age limit on your dreams”
