So it’s Friday and many people around the world are thinking about “playing”

What to do with the weekend? Go out and throw a Frisbee? Go see a movie? Write, paint or sing? It is very common that many of us spend our entire week focused, diligent and serious. And we wait in anticipation for the weekend to frolic through the fields and enjoy the warm sunshine of life (OK…that is a bit much)
